Subject: Change Management installation error

**
Hello all,

When I try to install Change Management 7.0.2 I get the following error

"A newer version of Remedy Definitive Software Library detected on your
ARSystem server, installation cannot continue. Please check Remedy customer
support web site for compatability information. http://supportweb.remedy.com";;

I am running ARServer 7.0.01 patch 002
Incident management 7.0.0 Patch 005
Problem Management 7.0.0 Patch 005
CMDB 2.0.1 patch 003

I am unable to get around this issue, any suggestion would be appreciated.

Regards,

Ben Mastaglia
