Katharine - if no one else's suggestion works do this - add her back in as a user and re-add her to the group in config manager, then use the config manager to delete her. I have had this happen before also and that works for me. :) Candace

I removed a user from a group that I have. The person is now removed but she still shows up in the dropdown choices when creating a ticket. I then went back to check to see if I made a mistake and didnt delete the person. The user is no longer in the group. I then deleted all the users I have in the group. I chose the option that said delete all. When I did that everyone was deleted from the drop down choices when creating the ticket. The person I am trying to delete still shows up. This person is in no groups.
