Hi, We are on ARS: 6.03.00 patch 012.
we are trying to implement the group level permissions based on the data in the Assigned to Group field in the helpdesk form. it is throwing ARERR:302 Entry does not exist in the database ,when trying to create/modify the ticket. the ticket is getting saved but at the same time this error is coming which should not happen. Any fix on this would be helpful.
