Hi

If you are setting row level access permissions, and the person who makes
the update is not a member of the permission group being set, they will not
have access to the ticket after the update - this results in the error you
report.

If this is happening on ticket create, you either need to live with it or
add Submitter permissions to the Request ID field. That way the submitter
will always have access to tickets they created and you will not get this
error (but they may be able to access tickets you don't want them to - your
choice).

If this happens during a modify operation, try making the change through a
push fields operation from a console, rather than directly on the ticket.

Subject: Getting ARERR:302 Entry does not exist in the database, when trying
to create/modify the ticket

Hi,

We are on ARS: 6.03.00 patch 012.

we are trying to implement the group level permissions based on the
data in the Assigned to Group field in the helpdesk form. it is
throwing ARERR:302 Entry does not exist in the database ,when trying
to create/modify the ticket. the ticket is getting saved but at the
same time this error is coming which should not happen.

Any fix on this would be helpful.

Thanks and regards,
Bh.Ramakanth Varma
