All over Mid-Tier...this app is not used via Native Client at all. What the testing team is telling me is that load runner tracks clicks, load times, etc. As soon as the dialog is opened they are unable to collect any data on what events are occurring nor timing metrics of any sort. They again regain collecting as soon as the window closes. Everything happening is through Remedy and non of it is unsupported...just standard set fields and the sort. Is anyone successfully running Roadrunner against Remedy Mid-Tier?

Does whatever you say is happening, happen only when you open that dialog in the Mid-Tier? Does it work alright over the native client? What are the actions that are defined to fire on opening that form (On Window Open / Loaded actions)? Any actions unsupported by the Mid-Tier? Has anyone experienced something similar and is there anything I can do to help them get it working on Mid-Tier 7.1 __20060125_______________________This posting was submitted with HTML in it___ _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are"
