Hi Peter,

I pretty sure its not workflow.  I believe it is 'defaults' in certain
fields.  For instance, we default Priority to Low on the form.  Therefore on
the Audit form it is also a default and you cannot change that on the Audit
form.

I guess I'll have to change the original form to fill in those default
values via workflow and then the Audit form will work as desired !  But are
you saying that if I use workflow to set those fields it will do it on the
Audit form too????  How do you get some basic values filled in to make it
easier for your customers?
