Ok.. It is Friday... so.... (please forgive me...)
It is not the patch that is causing the crash ... it is that darn
Tree! ("Watch out for that Tree!")
We have a dev server with ITSM Service Desk v7.0.02 patch 005.
(Totally clean install on Linux with Oracle.) We have not yet put the
server under any load, but have also not seen the server crash on us
for unexplained reasons. Do you have any idea what might be triggering
your issue?
Although I did find it "down" tonight... looks like the OS rebooted...
hum.... need to go poke the sysAdmin to find out what happened. :(
