Thanks for the feedback gents. I'm not sure I am sold on upgrading the server from 6.3 to 7.1 at the moment. Although, I get that it makes sense to do an ITSM/ARS upgrade in piecemeal, I think I will wait for 7.1 to stabilize. I am not getting a warm-fuzzy about 7.1 after reading various posts in ARSList. :-)
On a related side-note, does anyone know when 6.3 support ends?
