What form are you seeing the 'Caught Exception' error? We were seeing it in the Requester Console form which was looking to the SHR:ConsolidatedList form. Inside there, we were seeing a numerical value that it didn't like and once I changed it to 'Closed' or a value from the selection, everything was great.
