Staying on topic, I can see why having SLM implemented even at task level may be useful - especially for an enterprise wide change that involves tasks conducted by different organizations within a company, it may be useful to track the effectiveness or score of each organization together with getting an overall statistic of a change.. Would be nice to have in some cases.. especially of one particular task or a set of them is business critical to implementing a change..
