I do not have the OOB Change app. So forgive me if this does not make
much sense. :)

But ... I would expect that a Change could be a child of another
Change. So if that is possible I think the question needs to be asked
really is... What constitutes a full new child "Change" vs a "Task of
the existing Change" ?

I would think that any Change that requires an SLA that the complexity
of it would likely constitute a multiple tasks. As well as more than a
few conversations (ahead of time) about the SLA around that set of
tasks and all possible variations on those things. And when one Change
is dependent on another change then the SLA's would be stacked due to
the dependencies of the Parent/Child Change requests. (not due to a
Task structure)

Could that work for the OOB applications?
Does that make sense to anyone else?
