Hi Mike,
Thanks to a suggestion from Fred Grooms, I have gotten this
to work by pushing new records to the Email Messages form
instead of using the Notify action. If I add the extra
headers to a text field and push this field as Organization,
it seems to work.
My only problem now is that the records that are pushed into
the Email Messages form do not get removed after sending as
the Notify records do. Still trying to figure that out, but if
I can't, I'll use an escalation or a filter to clean things up.
This is all on a 5.01.02 P1313 system.

I believe that hack only worked on some platforms, and wouldn't
expect it to survive an upgrade.
We needed to do something similar, but couldn't find a way in Remedy.
So we just sent the email to a small external perl script, which
rewrote the headers and forwarded it on.
