Yes. You have to create an active link and check the "Copy To New" option in the Execute On conditions. Then in the If Actions add a Set Fields action and set the field or fields that you want to be blank to NULL. However, I am pretty sure that Create Date is a System field which only the system will set and can only be set to a user's defined value when importing. Is this Create Date have a field ID of 3?
