I know I can create workflow for the User Tools "Copy to New" but how about the Copy All and Paste All. When my users do the Paste All to create a new Help Desk ticket it also pastes the Create Date. I would rather that it does not fill that field, so I'd want to NULL it out. Is there something I can do about that?
