Have you tried increasing the logging level yet? Enable plugin-logging and set the logging level to 100 for the most verbose output. It may show something useful.

This weblogic application has another application listening for webservice requests from Remedy. I have a filter which has a Set Fields action. This action calls a webservice to send remedy incidents. Everytime this filter or any other filter in remedy gets activated to forward request via webservice, we get the following error. Have been working with support for past 36 hours and have not figured out the cause/fix. 12:22:24,480 ERROR [Debug] javax.xml.rpc.soap.SOAPFaultException: MessageType: 2 MessageNum: 9130 MessageText: An exception occurred from the WebService class AppendedText: Unknown Error at com.sun.xml.rpc.client.StreamingSender._raiseFault(StreamingSender.java: 360) at com.sun.xml.rpc.client.StreamingSender._send(StreamingSender.java:224) at arscreate._S_HPD_Incident_CreatePortType_Stub.opCreate(_S_HPD_Incident_C reatePortType_Stub.java:163) at sun.reflect.GeneratedMethodAccessor373.invoke(Unknown Source) at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(DelegatingMethodAccessor Impl.java:25) at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Method.java:585) at com.micromuse.common.parser.IPLInterpreterVisitor$WSCallTransBlock.doit( IPLInterpreterVisitor.java:3069) at com.micromuse.common.util.TimedExecutor$TransBlockRunner.run(TimedExecut or.java:136) at com.micromuse.common.util.StoppableRunnableExecutor$StoppableThread.run( StoppableRunnableExecutor.java:292) There was core file dumped around the time we started having this problem. I have no idea how to look at this core file to know what happened. There have been no changes in the environment for past 2 weeks. Wondering if anyone has seen this? The webservice request from the application to remedy is working fine so we believe the problem is with remedy. We have increased the heap memory size to 2048MB on the weblogic server Thanks Ravi ________________________________________________________________________ _______ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"
