My EIE job pulls in duplicate records every time it runs. We think the
culprit is the fact that our key fields are also used in the field
mapping. In this case, what we need on the vendor side is a non-null
sequential number field to act as a PK.
But what if we can't do that? How do you use "Update AR System Date
Only If Values Change" on the Options tab. Whenever I select this, a field
appears that contains the text "<system generated>." Does this mean that
Remedy will generate a field for me. A menu is attached to that field that
apparently looks at numeric fields only on my destication form.
