Hi everyone, I installed ARS6.0.3 in our remedy upgrade/test box (window 2003), but I could not uninstall it from the Add or Remove program window. It seems the program's uninstall.exe not work properly (it complains that I don't have the right to do so, but I am administrator for this box). Does anyone encountered the same situation and know there is any other safe way to uninstall it?
