This also affects the object list. If you open remedy on one screen, then open the object list, it's bound to that screen. However, if you then drag remedy to another screen, and open the object list again, it opens on the original screen. I'm always thinking there is a problem. This affects the login window as well, I believe.

He is using his laptop screen and his desktop screen together. When his user tool is on his laptop screen, he is able to right click on the attachment box and get the "add" option and is able to add attachments to a ticket. When his user tool is on his regular monitor, he right clicks but does not get any of the options. I checked DPI and it is set to 96. Any ideas?
