Haven't heard anything about Version 8. Version 7.5 is scheduled for release this fall. And we would like to upgrade to version 7. But because of several reasons we can't plan for anytime before beginning of next year. Most probably between January and March. But then somebody came with the idea that it could turn that BMC will release Remedy 8 next year. So why shouldn't we go for ARS 8 straight away instead of first to 7 and then to 8? Does anybody has news of any thoughts on this ?
