HI all, I want to install the Remedy Knowledge Management Server 7.2 to have our Service Desk try it out, but I am a little confused with which one of my servers I need to install it on.
Here is my Environment I have 3 servers: Application Server running AR Server 6.3 (Win 2k3) Database Server running SQL 2000 (Win 2k3) MidTier Server running MidTier 6.3 (Win 2K, Servlet Exec and IIS) Both Production and Development environments are the same configuration, but Dev is VMWare. I have all of the components with the exception of the SQL jdbc it talks about, but I can get that. Anyone set this up in this kind of environment? Let me know.
