We had a similar issue yesterday actually. It turned out that a new
task assignment process had been created with no associated rules.
Created a rule and all is well now. Have any new assignment processes
been created lately or any modified?

Any idea what can cause these errors?

We have tried deleting the *lck* files and restarting Remedy. That did
not resolve the issue. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Sean
