We found 4 processes that had been created/modifed in the last couple of weeks.
I have removed them and haven't seen any errors yet. Keeping my fingers
crossed :-)

Thanks,

Sean

We had a similar issue yesterday actually. It turned out that a new task
assignment process had been created with no associated rules. Created a rule
and all is well now. Have any new assignment processes been created lately or
any modified?

Any idea what can cause these errors?

Fri May 16 08:43:13 2008 390635 : Failure during an attempt to perform an
application command (ARERR 4554)

We have tried deleting the *lck* files and restarting Remedy. That did not
resolve the issue. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Sean
