Marc, One limitation with EIE/AIE will however be attachment fields (if any). I guess if you can deal with that, you can try playing around with it. DSO would not have that limitation.

All of the marketing material says that it can be used to integrate with another Remedy server as well... it's just not clearly defined how to set up that data exchange.
