Hi All, I was wondering if anyone could help me with the Mid-Tier. I have Mid-Tier loaded on a seperate Windows 2003 server. I have Tomcat 5.5 and java 1_0_5_15 installed. The ARS is 7.1.
What happens is that I can get to the login page no problem. When I type in my username and password, then click the Login Button...nothing happens. The screen just sits there like there is no workflow behind the button. When I checked out the log it just gives me this error: (com.remedy.log.SERVLET) : No File Entries were found in server - (Server Name) Any suggestions?
