Have you configured the Remedy servers in the Mid-Tier config page??? Joe

When I type in my username and password, then click the Login Button...nothing happens. The screen just sits there like there is no workflow behind the button. When I checked out the log it just gives me this error: (com.remedy.log.SERVLET) : No File Entries were found in server - (Server Name) Any suggestions?
