Jaimie, log into the admin page in the Mid-Tier, check your General Settings and your AR Server Settings and make sure you aren't missing your server name somewhere.

When I changed the URL to http://localhost/arsys/shared/login.jsp it allowed me to log in. As soon as I removed localhost and put in the mid-tier server name, it started the problem of bringing up the login page but not letting me login. Is this a mid-tier issue or more of the windows server issue? its as if the mid-tier server name is not resolving for some reason. does that make sense?
