We have seen this same situation.  We had it a while ago with a single
individual in the UK.  If I remember correctly, a complete uninstall of
the older client (including directories) followed by installation of a
newer client fixed the issue.
 
We also just saw it with the desktop client on our Citrix servers.  The
Citrix admins were working ok but others were not.  We had the Citrix
admins install the same client on a different test server and they add
that server to our accounts.  That simple action and both clients were
working ok.  Still sort of scratching my head on this one.

        I'm having a problem with a users client. She opens Remedy and
gets an ARERR 1900 and the Application List is greyed out. This started
this morning and she hasn't had this problem before. I completely
removed the client, rebooted her machine and reinstalled but same
problem. Anyone run into this before?
        Her machine is the only one having this problem.
