I would check on your Reporting setting in your Remedy user client. In the client click on the menu "Tools" and then "Options" adn then click on the Advanced Tab. There are fields there for the Report Server. Make sure that the Report Server and TCP are set correctly (basically to the same as your Accounts settings).
