This just happened to me the other day and Remedy said this is a known issue, but said it is NOT a bug. They said there is a RFE submitted. However, they had me go into the Mid Tier Configuration Web Utility and click on 'AR Server Settings' and put the fully qualified domain name. If you are not sure what it is go onto the server and at the DOS prompt type 'nslookup' and this will give you the fully qualified domain name.
