Yes BMC has a white paper on creating a silent install script (Silent Install of Remedy User.pdf) that will give you the command line parameters. It is basically the standard Install Shield parameters. Note: There is a typo on page 8 (creating an uninstall script. The table says -s when it should say -r) Fred
