Hi,
I have used this LoginConv utility by RRR.
It works perfect and is easy to use.

Best regards
Janne

Hi,

I have a free utility called RRR|LoginConv that performs this task
automatically.

It goes through all fields in all forms and performs an merge update on
all fields with an exact match.

The input is a conversion file in with old = new login names:
  miz    = miml03
  louise = loan02
  old    = new

You have to look out for merge-filters. They may need to be disabled in
advance.

It handles diary-fields and status-history as well.

Download at: https://www.rrr.se/cgi/tools/main#rrrLoginConv

Sample call:
rrrLoginConv server Demo "" conv.lst ALLFORMS -maxlength 254 -logfile
conv.log

        Best Regards - Misi, RRR AB, http://rrr.se
