Some excellent suggestions everyone!

Thank you for your input. Now I get the task of looking through each
one and see if I have a fit into my project...

The BMC Data Management Tool (Patch 9005) includes the ability to change
a
person's name and login id.

You could run it against your system to get a count of records in the
affected forms to help confirm your analysis.

The tool uses a wizard to make the changes one at a time. I don't know
how
easy it would be to include it in your automation.

Cheers
