We are on ARS 7.1 Helpdesk module.
Our notifications to customer has this link send as an attachment
http:\\yorky\arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=NTE%3aNotifier&server=paxo.TANDBERGTV.COM&eid=NTS000000313310
I can't figure it out where is it coming from. There are no records in AR
system Email Template form or it is not header or footer in AR System Email
Configuration form. There is no trace of it in log files
In Ar email messages form it is stored in Attachment Tab.
Does anyone know how to get rid of it? Any pointers?
