Hi,
We currently are running 7.0.1 patch 2. I have noticed when I submit an Incident it takes 1 minute to upto 5 minutes to save. Emails go through the Notification process. I am wondering if anyone has seen delays and what can be done to improve this? I know this goes from Help Desk form to NT Process Control form to Individual NT Control form then to Notifier and then finally to the Notifier Log. So I can understand a long process, but I need to improve the speed.
