The out of box notifications for the ITSM 7 suite of applications now uses a
Notification engine.
Basically data from the major applications of Incident, Change, Problem, and
Asset all get passed to shared NTE forms and which use Notification message
templates that are stored in SYS:NotificationMessages and is based on
Notification Events.

The data from the forms that is passed to the Notification engine
forms/workflow ends up in a NTE:Notifier form and it is there that the
notification will go out to the person (or people) based on the notification
event that was met and fired.

The attachment link you are seeing is likely the attached Web URL along with a
ARTask attachment that is included to an email to a support staff who has Email
as their notification method.

This is done through the Filter NTE:NTS:Email_200_SystemNT
In this filter you will need disble it and create a iteration of this that has
the ARTask and Web URL unchecked.

That should solve your issue.

Subject: Need Help

Hi

We are on ARS 7.1 Helpdesk module.
Our notifications to customer has this link send as an attachment
http:\\yorky\arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=NTE%3aNotifier&server=paxo.TANDBERGTV.COM&eid=NTS000000313310

I can't figure it out where is it coming from. There are no records in AR
system Email Template form or it is not header or footer in AR System Email
Configuration form. There is no trace of it in log files

In Ar email messages form it is stored in Attachment Tab.

Does anyone know how to get rid of it? Any pointers?

Thanks
