Hey Brian, I've had this problem before where I could not get the
mid-tier to pick up changes. I even tried restarting my computer, the
server, the mid-tier server, tomcat (I wasn't using IIS at that job),
and arserver -- all to no avail. Then, a few hours later, magically, the
changes showed up. Just wait for the magic and it will work.

Already tried that several times. It did not help.

Flush the mid-tier cache using the mid-tier administration page and
clear your browser cache.

I have a table field on the HelpDesk form that points to another
form. It has been there for quite some time. Yesterday I added some new
fields to the supporting form and added those fields as new columns in
the table field. They show up ok in the user tool but are not displayed
in the Mid Tier. I have flushed the cache twice and they still do not
display. Anyone see this before? I am on ARS 7.1.
