You need to ensure that the user properly hits the LogoutServlet before closing the browser window. This can be accomplished in a number of ways (none of which always work): - logout run process - redirect to ./servlet/LogoutServlet - hit logout.jsp
The minimum that the server can be configured to hold a floating license is 1 hour. This does not apply to fixed licenses.
