OK after spending some time finally getting Crystal 10 to work with Remedy I was told that they are upgrading to Business Objects 11 Enterprise on a new server. Back to square 1. I installed the ARWebReportViewer but the config screen will not load. I just get the generic blank page can not be displayed message. Tomcat is already installed on the server and the service is running. It is under the BO directory. The midtier installer did not find it during the install so I had to point it to Tomcat. Anyone have anything I can check? This is Midtier 7.1 on Windows server 2003.
