Hi Rod, Yes that is what I did as well. My report would not even load on screen. Now since I copied reportadd.exe over to the C drive the report loads OK. My problem now is it will not print. When you click on the print icon in the report it loads an active x print control and then throws that same error. I think it is still looking in the wrong directory. BMC is saying I should copy the entire BO directory to the C drive.
Did you copy all the folders to the C drive? I actually copied the Reportadd.exe and it's two DLLs to a dummy folder I created on the C drive and now the report will render. If I try to print the report I get an error mesage: An error has occurred on the server. Would you like to view the error information? If I click OK another copy of the report loads but this time the BO icons along the top of the screen do not render. Anyone have any ideas? BMC is saying it is a BO bug and wants to close the ticket and my BO techs here are saying that BMC must fix it. I hate being stuck in the middle.
