Hi Brian, Have you got the program C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11\win32_x86\plugins\desktop\CrystalEnterprise.Report\ReportAdd.exe installed at the location specified? In my case we had BO installed on the D drive so it didn't work and threw the same error you have (from memory). I merely copied this program from the location it was installed in and the other files in the same directory to the specified directory on C. This fixed the issue. I suspect that the integration is hard coded with the default install location. I couldn't find anywhere that I could change this so had to use the workaround above. Rod

I actually copied the Reportadd.exe and it's two DLLs to a dummy folder I created on the C drive and now the report will render. If I try to print the report I get an error mesage: An error has occurred on the server. Would you like to view the error information? If I click OK another copy of the report loads but this time the BO icons along the top of the screen do not render. Anyone have any ideas? BMC is saying it is a BO bug and wants to close the ticket and my BO techs here are saying that BMC must fix it. I hate being stuck in the middle. Back to square 1. I installed the ARWebReportViewer but the config screen will not load. I just get the generic blank page can not be displayed message. Tomcat is already installed on the server and the service is running. It is under the BO directory. The midtier installer did not find it during the install so I had to point it to Tomcat.
