I do not really understand the language the error message is in.. but I see ARERR 36 which in English is "The database is not the expected version (may need to run upgrade program)"
The version of the ARSystem DB that you restored does not match the version of the AR System. Do exactly what it suggests, run an upgrade (a higher version or the AR System) or at least the same version of the AR System from where you restored the db..
