You are welcome.. Patch 3 for ITSM 7 is an extremely old build of ITSM 7 dating to more than a year ago. Probably about a year and a half old.
Why don't you upgrade to the newer patches where lot of known issues have been resolved.. That doesn't mean it may resolve your current problem but you could read the Readme file that comes with the patch to see if it fixes anything similar to what you are experiencing..
