Thanks ! ________________________________ From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Wheeler, Dylan Sent: Friday, October 10, 2008 11:14 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: escalation I would also turn on the escalation logging and make sure 1) The escalation is running - I've had problems with the escalations not recaching and a new escalation not firing 2) The record is really getting modified - It will show you in the log the id of the record modified. If you don't see the id then you have to check your qualification to make sure it's hitting the right record. ------------- Dylan Wheeler Production Control Analyst Principal IT Operations Downey Savings & Loan Association, F.A. I will try the display field process Thanks again ! ________________________________ From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Matt Reinfeldt Sent: Friday, October 10, 2008 10:55 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: escalation Rick, Is it possible that you have disabled the change flag on the field you're using as the "flag"? That could account for the filter not seeing a modification to it. I've always used a Display-Only field called "Operation" for these types of events. I have the escalations set a value in that field, such as "EXECUTE DATA RUN" and have a filter kick off a filter guide to process the specific work needing to be done when that value is seen. Has always worked for me. Has anyone had to do this before, Thanks Rick __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ This message and any attachments are for the intended recipient(s) only and may contain privileged, confidential and/or proprietary information about Downey Savings or its customers, which Downey Savings does not intend to disclose to the public.
