Good morning, Has anyone ever successfully used the CMDB web service? We have a vendor that has come in and is trying to use it, but has been unsuccessful thus far. The only thing that has happened is that when they attempt to access it, Tomcat seems to crash and we can no longer use either the web service or the mid tier.
