I have a tool called Web Services Studio that is pretty good. Unfortunately, I don't think either we or the vendors know what the data we are pushing should look like, and I'm not sure they are going about it the right way, as they are trying to write directly to the BMC.ASSET dataset. Basically, we are trying to match the serial number with their discovery tool, then update the CI Name based on what is discovered.
