Hi,

The < and > is no problem, as they are sent as &gt; and &lt; in the emails.

You have to translate a couple of these type of values to text after you
remove the tags though...

I have created a c-filter-plugin that does this in a more or less
scientific way. The reason I did it was that some email clients sent only
HTML-data, and the Email Engine left the email text body blank.

I may be able to give you the code, or a compiled dll/so if you are
interested.
