Matt yeah there are a few problems, like firstly changing the names in the User and People form, secondly the biggest issue is the Submitter field on all open tickets, we will need to change those, the Submitter field is locked on our servers, so have to get around that. I am really interested in Misi's solution and am going to look into it. Many thanks
