Hi Ravi, Could you please tell me how can this be done. Can simply creating a web service do it?
Or any different way of creating a web service is required for multiple values returning to remedy. If your application can consume a webservice, you could publish a webservice in remedy and consume the webservice from your application. You could send as many values as you want to remedy and remedy could return multiple values in the response back to your application. If you are trying to send mulitple values from remedy to your application, yes you could consume multiple values to your application.
