Totally agree You know, BMC should rethink their release strategy and methodology.
The problem with the ITSM 7.5 upgrade is that you have to upgrade too many pieces: - All server components (ARS, assignment engine, approval server, email engine, Mid-tier) - Developer Studio - CMDB - ITSM Too may upgrades to digest.... Plus you really want to have all these pieces at the 7.5 level, since the 7.5 "combo" would be the one that would have been the more tested.... -Guillaume -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) on behalf of patrick zandi Sent: Fri 02/20/09 12:52 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: 7.5 CMDB Bleeding Edge -- This type of thing should never happen.. Reminds me too much of the non-stimulus bill.. Oh I am sorry.. the *C*ongressional *R*elief *A*ction *P*rogram -- there ... that is better.. They should definately have this fleshed out...
