Yes I have experienced this very problem. I just copied the directory from the place it was installed on D to the place it was expected on C drive and the problem was solved. The Mid-Tier to BOXI integration does seem to hard code the location of the reportadd program. It also requires that the alias of the form embedded in your report is the same as the form name in BMC Remedy. This is a problem if you change the source form of a report without changing the alias.
